1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" or "Service" refers to the sugih4 website, mobile applications, and all associated online betting and gaming services accessible at sugih4.cam and related domains.
• "Company," "We," "Us," or "Our" refers to sugih4, the operator of the Platform.
• "User," "You," or "Player" refers to any individual who creates an account, accesses, or uses the Platform.
• "Account" refers to the personal account created by a User to access and use the Platform's services.
• "Bet" or "Wager" refers to any stake placed by a User on any betting market, game, or event offered on the Platform.
• "Bonus" refers to any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, or other incentive offered by sugih4 to Users.
• "IDR" or "Rupiah" refers to the Indonesian Rupiah, the official currency used for all transactions on the Platform.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using any part of the sugih4 Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and sugih4. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

We reserve the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of such changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to ensure you remain informed of any updates.

3. Eligibility Requirements

Access to and use of the sugih4 Platform is subject to strict eligibility requirements. You represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 21 years of age or older. Online gambling is prohibited for individuals under 21 years of age. We reserve the right to request proof of age documentation at any time, and failure to provide such documentation will result in account suspension until verification is complete.
• You are a legal resident of Indonesia or are physically located within Indonesia at the time of accessing and using the Platform.
• You are legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws of your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform complies with all applicable local, regional, and national laws and regulations.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party. You are using your own funds and are not engaging in money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• You have not previously been excluded or banned from using the Platform or any other online gambling service.
• You do not have a gambling addiction or dependency and are using the Platform for entertainment purposes only.

sugih4 reserves the right to verify your identity, age, and location at any time using document verification procedures, payment method verification, address confirmation, or other means we deem appropriate. Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and forfeiture of any funds or winnings.

4. Account Registration

To access the full range of betting and gaming services offered by sugih4, you must create a personal account. During the registration process, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and Indonesian mobile phone number.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to ensure it remains accurate and current at all times.
• Create a strong, unique password and maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Register only one account per person. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of all accounts and forfeiture of any balances.
• Not allow any other person to access or use your account under any circumstances.

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. sugih4 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. We recommend enabling two-factor authentication if available and never sharing your login credentials with any third party.

Account Verification (KYC)

In accordance with international anti-money laundering regulations and responsible gaming practices, sugih4 implements a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Before processing your first withdrawal, we may require you to submit the following documentation:

• Government-issued photo identification (Indonesian KTP, passport, or driver's license)
• Proof of residential address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence)
• Proof of payment method ownership (bank statement or screenshot showing your name and account details for the Indonesian bank account used for deposits)

Verification typically takes 24-72 hours. During this period, withdrawals may be temporarily held until verification is complete.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposits

sugih4 accepts deposits exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) through the following payment methods:

• Indonesian bank transfers: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), and Bank Permata
• Indonesian e-wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and VIP tier. sugih4 does not charge any fees for deposits; however, your financial institution may impose their own transaction fees. Deposits are typically processed and credited to your account within 2-15 minutes depending on the payment method used.

All deposits must originate from a payment source registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be returned to the source. You may not deposit funds derived from illegal activities, and we reserve the right to conduct source-of-funds investigations if we suspect money laundering or fraudulent activity.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests can be submitted at any time through your account dashboard. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. Withdrawals can only be processed to the same Indonesian bank account or e-wallet that was used to make deposits, in accordance with anti-money laundering regulations.

Withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• Standard processing: 1-4 hours during business hours (09:00 - 21:00 WIB, Monday - Sunday)
• VIP Gold tier: Priority processing within 2 hours
• VIP Platinum tier: Same-day processing guarantee

Withdrawal requests submitted outside business hours will be processed on the next business day. sugih4 does not charge withdrawal fees, though your bank may impose receiving fees on their end. Before your first withdrawal, you must complete KYC verification as described in Section 4.

Bonus Wagering Requirements

If you have an active bonus on your account, you must complete all wagering requirements associated with that bonus before you can withdraw funds. Attempting to withdraw before completing wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from bonus funds. See Section 6 for detailed bonus terms.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

sugih4 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to enhance your gaming experience. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions which will be clearly stated in the promotional materials. By claiming any bonus, you agree to abide by those specific terms in addition to these general bonus rules:

General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses are intended for recreational players only. Professional bonus hunters or syndicate players will have bonuses revoked and accounts may be terminated.
• Only one bonus can be active on your account at any given time. Claiming a new bonus will forfeit any existing active bonus.
• Bonuses are only available to verified accounts. You must complete KYC verification to be eligible for bonus withdrawals.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the specified timeframe (typically 30 days). Unused bonuses and associated wagering requirements will expire after this period.
• Different game types contribute differently toward wagering requirements: slots typically contribute 100%, table games may contribute 10-20%, and certain games may be excluded entirely from bonus wagering.
• Maximum bet limits apply when playing with bonus funds (typically Rp 50,000 per bet). Exceeding maximum bet limits will void the bonus and any winnings.

Welcome Bonus

New players registering with sugih4 are eligible for a 100% first deposit match bonus up to Rp 2,000,000. This bonus is subject to 15x wagering requirements on the bonus amount. For example, if you deposit Rp 1,000,000 and receive a Rp 1,000,000 bonus, you must wager Rp 15,000,000 (Rp 1,000,000 × 15) before you can withdraw bonus funds or winnings derived from the bonus.

Bonus Abuse

sugih4 reserves the right to revoke bonuses, void bets, and terminate accounts if we determine that bonus abuse has occurred. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, colluding with other players, betting on opposing outcomes, or using betting patterns designed solely to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk. All decisions regarding bonus abuse are final and at the sole discretion of sugih4 management.

7. Betting Rules

All bets placed on the sugih4 Platform are governed by the following general rules, in addition to specific rules for individual sports and game types:

Bet Acceptance

• A bet is only valid once you receive a confirmation message and the bet appears in your betting history. If you do not receive confirmation, the bet has not been placed.
• We reserve the right to refuse or limit any bet at our discretion, particularly in cases of suspected fraudulent activity, obvious pricing errors, or technical glitches.
• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, amended, or withdrawn by the player.
• In the event of obvious pricing errors (palpable errors), we reserve the right to void bets placed at incorrect odds.

Settlement

• Bets are settled based on the official result of the event as determined by the relevant governing body (e.g., FIFA for football, ATP for tennis).
• If an event is postponed, bets remain valid if the event takes place within 48 hours of the original scheduled start time. If the event does not take place within 48 hours, all bets are void and stakes are returned.
• sugih4 uses best efforts to ensure results are accurate and settlements are processed promptly. However, we reserve the right to correct settlement errors even after bets have been paid.
• If you believe a bet has been settled incorrectly, you must notify us within 14 days of settlement. Claims submitted after 14 days will not be reviewed.

Live Betting

Live (in-play) betting allows you to place bets on events while they are in progress. Live betting odds change rapidly based on game developments. There may be brief delays in bet acceptance during live betting to account for these changes. If significant events occur between your bet submission and our acceptance (e.g., a goal is scored), we reserve the right to reject the bet.

Sports-Specific Rules

Detailed rules for football, basketball, tennis, badminton, and other sports are available in our Sports Betting Rules section accessible from your account. These specific rules take precedence over general betting rules in case of conflict.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the sugih4 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action:

• Fraudulent Activity: Using stolen credit cards, fraudulent payment methods, identity theft, or providing false information during registration.
• Multiple Accounts: Creating or operating more than one account, or using accounts in the names of family members, friends, or associates to circumvent betting limits or bonus restrictions.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain unfair advantages, sharing information about hands in poker, or engaging in chip dumping.
• Bonus Abuse: Systematic exploitation of bonuses through methods outlined in Section 6.
• Arbitrage Betting: Deliberately exploiting odds discrepancies between sugih4 and other betting platforms to guarantee profits.
• Use of Automated Systems: Employing bots, scrapers, or any automated system to place bets, extract data, or interact with the Platform.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to process funds from illegal sources or engaging in suspicious deposit/withdrawal patterns designed to obscure fund origins.
• Underage Gambling: Allowing minors (under 21 years of age) to access or use your account.
• Account Sharing: Allowing any other person to access or use your account.
• Chargebacks: Initiating chargebacks or payment reversals with your bank or payment provider without first attempting to resolve the issue with sugih4 customer support.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

sugih4 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if we determine that you have violated these Terms and Conditions, engaged in prohibited activities, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Specific grounds for suspension or termination include:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Failure to complete identity verification when requested
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity
• Extended period of account inactivity (typically 12 months or more)
• Requests from law enforcement or regulatory authorities
• At our discretion if we believe your continued use of the Platform poses a risk to the integrity of our services or other users

Consequences of Termination

If your account is terminated for violation of these Terms, we reserve the right to:

• Void all pending bets and confiscate any remaining account balance
• Withhold any winnings obtained through prohibited activities
• Report fraudulent or illegal activities to appropriate law enforcement authorities
• Pursue legal action to recover any losses incurred as a result of your actions

Voluntary Account Closure

You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Before closure, you must withdraw all remaining funds (subject to completing any active wagering requirements). Once an account is closed, it cannot be reopened.

10. Limitations of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, sugih4 and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to technical malfunctions, server downtime, internet connectivity issues, or software errors
• Any errors or inaccuracies in content, odds, or results displayed on the Platform
• Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data
• Any conduct or content of third parties on the Platform
• Loss of winnings, profits, or opportunities due to technical failures, human error, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Service Availability

While we strive to maintain continuous Platform availability, sugih4 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We reserve the right to temporarily suspend the Platform for maintenance, upgrades, or emergency repairs without prior notice. We shall not be liable for any losses incurred during periods of service unavailability.

Force Majeure

sugih4 shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performing obligations under these Terms due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government actions, internet service provider failures, power outages, or pandemic events.

Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding the Platform, you must first contact our customer support team at [email protected]. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve your complaint within 14 business days. If we are unable to resolve your complaint to your satisfaction, you may escalate the matter to our management for final review. All decisions made by sugih4 management are final and binding.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international commercial law principles. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court, except where prohibited by applicable law.

By using sugih4, you acknowledge that online gambling may not be legal in all jurisdictions and that it is your sole responsibility to ensure compliance with your local laws. sugih4 does not provide legal advice, and you should consult with legal counsel if you are uncertain about the legality of online gambling in your location.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable under applicable law, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable. If such modification is not possible, the provision shall be severed from these Terms, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
